• Manage the full recruitment process, guiding candidates from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Keep all systems updated by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
• Write compelling job advertisements and handle candidate responses effectively.
• Leverage various job boards to source qualified candidates for active roles.

Recruitment Consultant's Requirements:

• Excellent planning and organisational skills with a results-driven attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to set ambitious goals and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
