Recruitment Consultant, Hamilton, Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 + Commission (Up to £45,000 OTE)

Recruitment Consultant Opportunity with Aspirare Recruitment.

We're looking for someone who’s organised, great at talking to people, and can stay on top of admin tasks to meet targets.

Recruiters Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process – from finding candidates to placing them in roles
• Keep systems and records up to date
• Help plan and carry out recruitment strategies
• Write clear, engaging job ads and reply to candidates quickly
• Find candidates using job boards, social media, and other tools

Recruiters Requirements:

• Excellent planning and organisation
• Confident talking to people face-to-face and on the phone
• Motivated by hitting and beating goals
• Great customer service in a fast-paced environment
