Job Overview
We are seeking CNC Turners with strong Fanuc control experience to produce high-precision components across various machines. This permanent role offers both day and night shifts, with optional 4-day or 5-day work patterns to suit your lifestyle.
Shift Details:
Includes some rotational nightshift work
Day Shift (Mon–Fri): £19.50 – £19.70 per hour
Night Shift (8:45 PM – 7:00 AM): £25.35 – £25.61 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture components to exact specifications
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
- Support process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Collaborate with team members and communicate across departments
- Follow all Health & Safety regulations
Essential Requirements
- Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent CNC turning experience
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls (vertical borers, lathes, mill-turns, 5-axis lathes)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Familiarity with SPC and lean techniques
- Basic computer literacy
