Administrator Responsibilities
- CRM & Systems Management: Maintain and update internal systems to ensure accurate tracking of all quotations
- Reporting & Monitoring: Generate real-time reports and manage spreadsheets to track quote status and submission timelines
- Quote Funnel Management: Develop and manage efficient quote pipelines, from initial enquiry to client acceptance
- Quotation Support: Assist in preparing and delivering competitive, cost-effective service quotes
- Job Coordination: Schedule and assign tasks to internal engineers or subcontractors using company systems
- Client Portal Updates: Ensure all client-facing platforms are regularly updated with current quote and work order statuses
Administrator’s Requirements
