Welder, Bellshill, £18.50 per hour + Temp to Perm + Overtime at 1.5x (£27.75 per hour) & Immediate Start!

A skilled Welder is needed to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Bellshill. We have multiple opportunities available, and while immediate starts are preferred, we’re also happy to consider candidates with notice periods.

What We Offer:

• Pay: £18.50 per hour with overtime at £27.75 per hour (1.5x the rate).
• Job Type: Temp to perm, with a permanent contract after 13 weeks.
• Start Date: Immediate start available, but we will also consider candidates with notice periods.
• Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts to match your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricating and installing metal structures.
• Working on steel framing, infrastructure, rail, and oil & gas sector projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal work, or plating.
• Proficiency in MIG & TIG welding, especially within heavy engineering environments.
• Fluxcore (FCAW) welding experience is a bonus.
