Plumber Position in Newcastle

Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum

Location: North England (mobile)

Benefits: Earn Over £43K with overtime and travel time (after 30 minutes) paid at an increased rate, company vehicle package and training programs.

Aspirare presents an exciting new opportunity for a Plumber to join a fantastic building services business operating across the North of England. This role involves reactive plumbing maintenance and remedial works on commercial sites.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out remedial plumbing works based on Water Hygiene risk assessments, including tank cleans and removing dead legs.
• Perform mains conversions of communal water systems.
• Providing expert fault finding and repair of hot water systems, water heaters and pipework.
• Occasionally conduct PPM and water hygiene tasks, such as water temperature testing, tank inspections, and TMV servicing.

Requirements:

• Hold a recognised apprenticeship NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing/Heating.
• Bring valuable experience from previous work on commercial sites.
• Hold a G3 unvented water systems qualification (preferred however not essential).
• Possess a valid UK driving license.
