Join a leading Facilities Management company as an Electrician, covering planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems. The Electrician must have their 17th or 18th edition qualifications, and experience working on commercial premises.
This role involves working on a static site three days a week, with two days allocated for mobile positions across the South-East London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- 3 days static, 2 days mobile
- Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
- Diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship NVQ/SVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 17th, or 18th edition qualification.
- Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
- Full UK driving license.
