Administrator, Kilmarnock, £26,000- £30,000 per annum
We require an Administrator for a global supplier of supply chain solutions who are growing their team due to demand and winning numerous contracts.
The Administrator will be responsible for:
Producing accurate certification packages on products
Update internal databases and other systems as required
Proof reading documents
Liaise with third parties
Prepare documentation packages and ensure customer information is accurate
Working to tight deadlines
Communication and organisation
The Administrator must have:
Experience in working in a production or manufacturing environment (metals, oil and gas etc.)
Certification experience (preferred but not essential)
