Administrator Responsibilities

 

  • CRM & Systems Management: Maintain and update internal systems to ensure accurate tracking of all quotations
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Generate real-time reports and manage spreadsheets to track quote status and submission timelines
  • Quote Funnel Management: Develop and manage efficient quote pipelines, from initial enquiry to client acceptance
  • Quotation Support: Assist in preparing and delivering competitive, cost-effective service quotes
  • Job Coordination: Schedule and assign tasks to internal engineers or subcontractors using company systems
  • Client Portal Updates: Ensure all client-facing platforms are regularly updated with current quote and work order statuses

 

 

Administrator’s Requirements

 

  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written abilities, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate and thorough in data entry and reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable insights
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and a wide range of digital business tools
  • Organised & Proactive: Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work independently
