Plumber Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on water systems, pipes, and fittings
• Quickly respond to leaks and urgent maintenance issues, including repairs to toilets, taps, sinks, and radiators
• Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service on every job, maintaining professionalism in commercial and high-end residential properties

Plumber Requirements:

• Completed a time-served apprenticeship or hold an SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating
• At least 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience with strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern systems
• Full, clean UK driving licence – essential for site travel
• Experience in facilities management, especially within commercial property maintenance
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices, system efficiency, and customer service
