Electrician, Glasgow, £35,000 + circa £6,5000 overtime per annum

Dayshift - 06:00 to 14:30 Mon to Thurs and 06:00 to 14:00 on Fridays 

Backshift- 14:00 to 22:00 Mon to Thurs and 14:00 to 21:30 Fridays 

Aspirare Recruitment are currently hiring an Electrician on the behalf of our client who are a global manufacturer and supplier of supply chain solutions, consistently winning numerous contracts and growing their team in line with demand. The successful candidate must have experience carrying out electrical maintenance and repair work within production or industrial environments.

Requirements of the Electrician:

• Time served/Recognised electrical trade apprenticeship
• Strong engineering skills with an electrical bias.
• 18th edition qualification

The successful Electrician must have experience in working with:

• Maintenance and repair of electrical systems including switchgear, distribution equipment and lighting.
• Termination and testing of process instrumentation.
• Installation and maintenance of electric motors, electronic control systems and variable speed drives
• Keep maintenance records and paperwork up to date including stock control.
