Aspirare Recruitment require an I.T Administrator for our client who are growing their Helpdesk team due to a recent company acquisition increasing their workload significantly.
This role is a permanent position and will require someone who is able to work a night shift pattern as they are supporting users in the US.
The Administrator is the first point of contact for calls and service requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
A strong, confident communicator is required for this role who is able to work as part of a team speaking to customers with a clear approach to information gather to assist the user. Candidates who can demonstrate a high level of organisational skills and time management skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
A sound understanding of the MS Office suite with a qualification in either IT or Administration is required.
