Lead the full delivery lifecycle of multiple traffic management contracts
Manage all aspects of contract administration, including NEC contracts, variations, and commercial reporting
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Oversee work schedules, resource planning, and labour deployment across active sites
Motivate and lead site supervisors and operational teams to deliver high-performance results
Monitor budgets, KPIs, and contract profitability
Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within traffic management, highways, utilities, or civil engineering
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to manage cross-functional teams
Capable of handling multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications:
LANTRA Sector Scheme 12 (or equivalent) certification
IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification
Experience working in infrastructure, traffic management, or highways maintenance
