Day Shift: Monday to Friday – £19.50 to £19.70 per hour
Night Shift: 8:45 PM to 7:00 AM – £25.35 to £25.61 per hour
Flexible 4-day and 5-day working patterns available
Some rotational nightshift work required
Operate CNC machinery to manufacture components accurately according to customer drawings, aiming for first-time-right production.
Meet and sustain target cycle times and production output requirements.
Uphold high standards of quality while ensuring cost-effective manufacturing practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in machining techniques and manufacturing processes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments to support production goals.
Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental regulations and company procedures at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience operating CNC machines using Fanuc controls.
Skilled in working with 5-axis, vertical, and horizontal milling machines.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
Positive attitude toward learning and professional development.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and lean manufacturing principles.
Proficient in basic PC/computer skills.
