Heavy Steel Fabricator / Welder – £25.00 per hour, Workshop-Based Role

Aspirare Recruitment is hiring an experienced Steel Fabricator / Welder to join a leading structural steel engineering team. This workshop-based opportunity involves the fabrication and welding of heavy structural steel using Fluxcore welding techniques, within a fast-paced, professional workshop setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Standard working hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Fabrication and assembly of heavy structural steel components
• Perform high-integrity Fluxcore welding (FCAW)
• Ensure all work meets quality assurance and health & safety standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in heavy-duty steel fabrication and welding
• Proficient in Fluxcore (FCAW) welding methods
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical blueprints
• Strong awareness of safety compliance in a workshop environment
