Air Conditioning Engineer, Temp to Perm, Glasgow, domestic work

Exciting Air Conditioning Engineer opportunity to join our team, working across the Glasgow central belt on a variety of commercial and occasional domestic projects. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), installing new systems, and ensuring all work meets industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• A/C Installation: Install air conditioning units in line with specifications and industry compliance standards
• Domestic Work: Complete occasional domestic A/C installations as required
• Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Identify system issues and perform effective, timely repairs
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service activities
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all health & safety regulations and internal company policies
• Customer Service: Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times

Requirements:

• FGAS Certified: Fully compliant with current FGAS regulations
• Licensed & Mobile: Holds a full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the Central Belt
• Experienced Professional: Over 10 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance
• Technical Expertise: Strong HVAC knowledge with proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Team-Oriented & Self-Sufficient: Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Communication Skills: Delivers excellent customer service with clear and professional communication
