- Day Shift (Mon–Fri): £19.50 – £19.70 per hour
- Night Shift (8:45 PM – 7:00 AM): £25.35 – £25.61 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine high-precision components accurately from technical drawings
- Deliver first-time quality while meeting cycle time targets
- Maintain efficient, cost-effective production and minimize waste
- Support continuous manufacturing process improvements
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Comply with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations
Requirements:
Essential:
- Completed recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent Turner experience
- Proficient in operating Fanuc controls on vertical borers, lathes, mill-turn, and 5-axis lathe machines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Proficient with general computer applications
