Responsibilities:
- Manufacture right-first-time components from technical drawings
- Meet required cycle times while maintaining high standards
- Contribute to process improvements and efficient production
- Operate CNC machinery using Fanuc controls
- Work with 5-axis, vertical, and horizontal milling machines
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
- Follow health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements:
Essential:
- Experience using Fanuc-controlled CNC machines
- Skilled in 5-axis and multi-axis milling
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Motivated to learn and develop professionally
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Lean Manufacturing
- Good general computer skills
