Air Conditioning Engineer, Temp to Perm, Glasgow, domestic work

Exciting Air Conditioning Engineer opportunity to join our team, working across the Glasgow central belt on a variety of commercial and occasional domestic projects. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), installing new systems, and ensuring all work meets industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine PPM on commercial HVAC systems.
• Install air conditioning units to spec and compliance.
• Handle occasional domestic A/C installations.
• Diagnose faults and complete timely repairs.
• Keep accurate maintenance and service logs.
• Follow all H&S and company policies.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.

Requirements:

• FGAS certified and fully compliant.
• Full UK driving licence – flexible to travel across the Central Belt.
• 10+ years’ experience in A/C installation and maintenance.
• Strong HVAC technical skills and fault diagnosis expertise.
• Effective team player with independent work capability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
