Account Manager - £22,000 to £27,000 OTE up to £45,000 - Hamilton

we are looking for ambitious, motivated and career driven individuals to join our expanding team in Hamilton. If you are a driven individual looking for a career change but still want to use your excellent customer service, organisation  and sales skills then this role is for you.

As an Account manager you will have your own clients and the ability to search and find other clients who need the right people for their vacancies.  You will work with your clients to match their needs and find them the right candidates for their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

source and manage vacancies for all types of clients

source and find the right candidates for the right jobs

plan and manage your own workload and diaries

Requirements:

must h have excellent planning and organisation skills

must be confident speaking to people on the phone and face to face

must be motivated by targets and earnings

must be IT literate but training will be given on in house systems
