Opportunity to join a leading FM Company in the Edinburgh area as an AC Engineer. The AC Engineer will play a key role in PPM, fault finding, and reactive maintenance for various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV’s, and VRFs. The successful candidate will have a solid background in the Facilities Management industry.

Engineers Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems to maximise efficiency and minimise system downtime
- Service and maintain a variety of HVAC equipment, including VRV/VRF systems, split units, and Air Handling Units (AHUs), ensuring consistent performance and reliability
- Identify, diagnose, and repair faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems, delivering timely solutions to minimise disruption across commercial sites
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across multiple commercial properties, ensuring all tasks meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Full UK driving licence required, due to travel between multiple commercial sites
- Current F-Gas 2079 certification essential, in compliance with all relevant regulatory standards
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or equivalent City & Guilds qualifications
