Air Conditioning Improver, London, £35,000 per annum Competitive + Excellent benefits

Are you an Air Conditioning Improver ready to take the next step in your career? Join a well-established engineering team on a static commercial site in Wimbledon, where you’ll receive hands-on experience, structured training, and a clear path for progression in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Assisting with the servicing and repair of systems including splits, fan coil units, AHUs, and VRF/VRV systems
• Carrying out filter changes, coil cleaning, and basic operational checks
• Learning fault-finding techniques and helping with repair works
• Following safe working practices and site procedures at all times
• Accurately completing service documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Improver or hands-on exposure to HVAC systems
• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or currently studying towards it)
• F-Gas certification preferred (training can be provided if not yet obtained)
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the HVAC field
• Good attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of health & safety and site compliance
