We’re hiring skilled MIG Welders/Fabricators for immediate starts with a clear temp-to-perm pathway.

Job Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on staircases, handrails, and various structural/secondary steel components
• Read and interpret technical fabrication drawings with accuracy
• Operate overhead cranes (if trained) to move and position materials
• Maintain consistent quality and safety standards in a fast-paced workshop environment

Job Requirements:

• Strong MIG welding experience, preferably with 1mm solid wire
• Ability to read and follow detailed technical drawings
• Confident working with structural steel and fabrication tools
• Experience with overhead cranes is a plus, but not essential
