Aspirare Recruitment is seeking experienced Welder/Fabricators to join a well-established steelwork contractor. This is a temp-to-perm welding role with competitive pay, career growth potential, and immediate starts available. Welder’s Benefits:

• Excellent Pay: £18.00 per hour (weekly pay)
• Overtime Paid at 1.5x (weekdays & weekends)

Welder’s Responsibilities:

• Travel to client sites for steel frame and structure installation
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel components
• Assist with on-site fabrication and steel erection
• Conduct repairs and installation of metal fencing
• Read and interpret technical engineering drawings
• Follow all health & safety regulations and company standards
• Represent the company professionally across varied job sites

Welders Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIG & TIG welding
• Background in site-based steel installation or fabrication
• IPAF licence (scissor lift experience preferred – training can be arranged)
• CSCS card is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or in a team
