Electricians Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance on commercial properties
- Service and repair lighting, power systems, and fire alarms
- Identify and fix electrical faults while complying with health and safety standards
- Accurately record jobs using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Deliver high-quality service and communicate effectively with clients onsite
Electricians Requirements:
- Valid 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Certification (BS 7671)
- Completed apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Previous experience in Facilities Management or Building Services
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
