We’re recruiting an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator for a well-established engineering firm in the Central Belt. This is a temp-to-perm position offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term progression for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal components in line with technical drawings
- Operate hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts
- Carry out TIG welding on a variety of components, particularly aluminium
- Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail and adherence to specifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Proficiency in TIG welding, especially with aluminium
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-precision work
