Heating Engineer – £18.50–£22.00 per hour – West Scotland – Temp to Perm + Overtime

Heating Engineer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, working across commercial sites in West Scotland. This role offers steady weekday hours, consistent mobile work in pairs, and a strong pipeline of projects focused on commercial boiler house systems and pipework.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially experienced heating professional looking to step into a reliable, long-term role with overtime available.

Engineer’s Benefits:

• Pay Rate: £18.50–£22.00 per hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Plenty of Overtime available
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
• Location: Site-based across Western Scotland

Engineer’s Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of commercial heating systems and associated pipework
• Support boiler house operations in line with site safety and compliance standards
• Travel to client sites as part of a mobile team to deliver planned works
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure quality outcomes

Engineer’s Requirements:

• Proven commercial heating and boiler house and plant room experience
• Valid CSCS card
• Driving licence (preferred for mobile travel)
• IPAF and PASMA certifications (desirable but not essential)
• Gas Safe certification (desirable but not essential)
