Landscaping Foreman Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise on-site soft landscaping teams to ensure smooth operations
• Carry out soft landscaping tasks including seeding, turfing, soil preparation, tree and shrub planting, mulching, and general grounds maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within scheduled timelines
• Maintain strict site safety by adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure effective and timely delivery of site tasks

Landscaping Foreman Requirements:

• Proven supervisory experience in soft landscaping or grounds maintenance (minimum 3–5 years)
• Reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work
• CSCS card – Essential for site access and compliance
• SSSTS certification – Preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively
