Administrator Responsibilities
- Monitor and update the company’s CRM and internal systems to ensure accurate quote tracking
- Generate real-time reports and maintain spreadsheets of pending and submitted quotes
- Create and manage PPC-style quote funnels from entry to acceptance stag
- Assist in preparing and issuing cost-effective service quotes when required
- Schedule and allocate jobs to in-house engineers or subcontractors using internal systems
- Maintain and update client portals with the latest quote and work order statuses
Administrator’s Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent data entry and report generation capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to task management
