Electrician Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on commercial sites
- Work on lighting, power, and fire alarm systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults following health and safety regulations
- Log work accurately using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide reliable electrical services
Electrician Requirements:
- Hold a valid 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Certification
- Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services preferred
- Recognised apprenticeship qualification such as SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
