Engineer’s Responsibilities:
- Install & Maintain Systems: Work on heating, chilled water, and plumbing systems in commercial settings
- Pipefitting & Welding: Skilled in arc and gas welding with mild steel, stainless steel, copper, and galvanized piping
- Fitting Methods: Use press-fit, Victaulic, brazed, and soldered techniques
- Project Ownership: Independently manage your workload or work within a small team to deliver high-quality installations
- Client Liaison: Communicate professionally with clients and uphold the company’s high standards of service
Engineer’s Requirements:
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in Heating, Pipefitting, or Plumbing
- Experience in plantroom and boilerhouse installations (essential)
- Skilled in various welding techniques and pipefitting systems
- Ability to manage jobs independently from start to finish
- Gas testing, purging, or steam systems experience (advantageous)
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
