Recruitment Consultant's Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire recruitment process, from first candidate contact to final placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey

Keep recruitment databases and systems current, following company guidelines and procedures

Work closely with the team to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies

Create compelling job adverts and handle candidate communications promptly and professionally

Source and attract suitable candidates through various job boards and recruitment channels

Recruitment Consultant's Requirements:

Strong communication skills, effective in both face-to-face and telephone interactions
