Plumber opportunity to work for a fantastic Facilities Management business working on commercial sites in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The Plumber will provide exceptional reactive and planned maintenance services, engaging with clients on various retail, hospitality, and commercial premises.

Plumbers Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on pipework, addressing leaks and ensuring the effective operation of water systems.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues, servicing and repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps, and radiators.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Provide a high standard of customer service, maintaining professionalism while working in premium residential and commercial settings.
Plumbers Requirements:
- Completed time-served apprenticeship or SVQ Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and HeatinAt least 3 years of proven experience in the plumbing and heating trade
- Possess a full, valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience in facilities management, carrying out plumbing maintenance on commercial properties
