Electrician’s Responsibilities:

• Planned & Reactive Maintenance
  Perform scheduled and emergency electrical maintenance on commercial sites, including power systems, lighting, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Fault Diagnosis & Repair
  Troubleshoot and repair faults swiftly and efficiently to ensure optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
• Health & Safety Compliance
  Carry out all tasks in line with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Client Interaction
  Deliver excellent service through direct communication with clients, ensuring professional, timely, and reliable outcomes.
• Detailed Reporting
  Maintain accurate and consistent service records using our digital maintenance platform.

Electrician's Requirements:

• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship and SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification (18th Edition preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence — essential for mobile maintenance work
• Facilities Management or Commercial Building Services experience — required
