We are looking for an AC Engineer to join a leading FM company in the Aberdeen area. The AC Engineer will play a key role in PPM, fault finding, and reactive maintenance for various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV’s, and VRFs. The successful candidate will have a solid background in the Facilities Management industry.

Engineers Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise performance and extend the lifespan of air conditioning systems.
- Service and maintain a variety of HVAC equipment, including VRVs, VRFs, split systems, and Air Handling Units (AHUs), ensuring optimal operation.
- Respond promptly to system breakdowns and carry out effective repairs on air conditioning and ventilation systems within commercial environments.
- Undertake general maintenance and repair duties across multiple commercial sites, maintaining high operational and safety standards.
Engineers Qualifications and Experience:
- Industry Experience
- Demonstrated experience in both planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- A full UK driver’s licence is essential for site travel.
- F-Gas Certification
- Must hold a valid F-Gas 2079 qualification in compliance with industry regulations.
- Recognized Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or an equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
