Here at Aspirare Recruitment, we are currently seeking a Production Operator to join a leading engineering company in the Glasgow area. The Production Operator will receive thorough in-house training in masking for painting and anodising, with full competency expected within one year, requiring commitment and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture components in line with production schedules and cost objectives.
• Complete job cards with accurate and detailed process information.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Report any equipment issues promptly to the maintenance team.
• Accurately record and track all work-related data.
• Package goods using protective materials to ensure safe handling.
• Assist with team development and induction processes for new members.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Support planning and forecasting activities when required.
