Technician Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine temperature testing on hot and cold water systems to meet safety standards
- Regularly clean and disinfect showers to maintain hygiene
- Inspect cold water tanks and report on their condition and compliance
- Take water samples for laboratory testing
- Maintain and service thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs)
- Clean water tanks to prevent bacterial growth and ensure system cleanliness
Technician Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Water Hygiene Technician
- Background in facilities management or commercial property maintenance
- Solid understanding of water safety regulations and hygiene compliance
