What the Role Involves
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems across a variety of commercial properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Fault diagnosis and repair
- Communicating with clients and logging all work via a CMMS system
This is a mobile role covering Edinburgh and the surrounding area, with all travel time paid and a fully equipped company van provided.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A 17th or 18th Edition Certification
- A recognised apprenticeship or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services (highly desirable)
