What You’ll Be Doing
As an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial properties
- Fault diagnosis and repair of systems including lighting, fire alarms, and power distribution
- Using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log all work
- Providing a professional and responsive service to a range of clients
Skills & Qualifications Required
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A 17th or 18th Edition Certification
- A recognised apprenticeship or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services (highly desirable)
