Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Updating client portals with the current status of quotes and active order
Monitoring internal systems to ensure quote requests are recorded accurately
Generating and maintaining a spreadsheet of outstanding quotes
Compiling reports on pending client quotes and their status
Supporting the preparation and completion of quotes
Raising jobs within the system and assigning them to the appropriate engineers or subcontractors
Skills & Experience Required
