Welder – Temp to Perm

Site-Based Role | Travel to Client Sites
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
£21.00 per hour + Overtime at 1.5x

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple client sites to install and fit steel structures

• Perform steel erecting, light fabrication work, and fencing repairs

• Operate access equipment, including scissor lifts and IPAF-certified platforms

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and site plans

• Assist with general fabrication tasks and support the wider site team

• Uphold a safe, professional, and compliant working approach on all sites

Requirements

• Proven experience in fabrication or steel fitting

• IPAF licence – essential for operating access platforms

• Experience with scissor lifts – desirable (training available if required)

• CSCS card – beneficial but not mandatory

• Willingness to work across various sites, including outdoor environments

• Strong team player with a proactive, adaptable attitude
