Carry out routine electrical maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
Diagnose and repair electrical faults to reduce downtime and improve plant reliability
Support the Engineering Manager in achieving high-efficiency, sustainable operations
Apply preventive maintenance techniques to boost equipment lifespan
Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
Strong knowledge of electrical fault diagnosis, maintenance systems, and HSE regulations
Proven commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced engineering team
Competitive £19.50 hourly rate
Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate
Temp-to-perm transition after 13 weeks
