Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring clear communication of roles and responsibilities. Conduct regular briefings to align team objectives and address any operational updates.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement daily warehouse schedules, assigning tasks to optimise workflow and meet operational targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation. Utilise warehouse management
Requirements:
- Proven background as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor
- Valid Forklift Truck Licence (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
