Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader looking for your next opportunity in logistics and distribution? We’re seeking a hands-on, organised, and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our small, friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives (2-person team)
- Plan daily warehouse schedules and assign operational tasks
- Oversee goods receiving, stock control, warehousing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ensure safe and efficient cask storage, regauging, and bottling
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies
- Promote warehouse safety and maintenance standards
Requirements:
- Proven background as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor
- Valid Forklift Truck Licence (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
