Electrical Engineer – Prestwick | £19.50/hr | Temp to Perm | Sustainable Manufacturing
Aspirare are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a progressive, sustainability-focused manufacturing facility in Prestwick. Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and electrical inspections on plant equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and efficiently
- Support the Engineering Manager in delivering sustainable operational performance
- Minimise equipment downtime with proactive fault resolution
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Maintenance Engineer role within FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production
- Electrical NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (essential)
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, fault diagnosis, and repair
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and within a small, dynamic team
