Semi-Skilled Labourer – Engineering & Steelwork, Kirkcaldy, £16.00/hr, Temp to Perm

Aspirare are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Semi-Skilled Worker to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and growing engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist steel fabricators on construction sites with the erection and installation of structural steelwork
• Perform general yard duties including loading/unloading materials, site preparation, and equipment handling
• Operate or assist with forklift operations in the yard (forklift training provided if required)
• Travel to various project sites as needed, with company transport available for convenience

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card – Mandatory for site access and ensuring safety compliance
• Proven engineering or construction experience – Essential for supporting steel erection and on-site activities
• Full UK Driving Licence – Required for travel between yard and multiple project sites
