Benefits:
- Day Shift (Mon–Fri): £19.50 – £19.70/hour
- Night Shift (8:45 PM – 7:00 AM): £25.35 – £25.61/hour
- Overtime premiums and night shift uplift available
- Flexible working: 4-day or 5-day shifts (agreed in advance)
- Rotational night shifts may apply
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture precision components to spec from technical drawings – right first time
- Meet production cycle times while maintaining quality standards
- Support process improvements and lean production initiatives
- Operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls, including 5-axis, vertical & horizontal mills
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
Essential:
- Experienced with Fanuc-controlled CNC machinery
- Proficient in 5-axis and multi-axis milling operations
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills across all levels and teams
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous learning and development
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Lean Manufacturing
- Good general computer skills
