Key Responsibilities:
- Team-based work: Collaborate in two-person squads for boiler house maintenance and repair
- Skilled pipework handling: Safely manage pipework up to 100mm diameter
- Health & safety compliance: Follow all site safety regulations and protocols
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Commercial experience in boiler house operations
- Proven expertise in maintaining and servicing boiler systems
- Valid CSCS card required for site access and compliance
Desirable Skills:
- IPAF certified: Qualified to operate powered access equipment (cherry pickers, scissor lifts)
- PASMA certified: Skilled in assembling and safely using mobile access towers
- Valid UK driving licence required for site travel and mobile work
