Spray Painter opportunity. Aspirare Recruitment is currently hiring a Spray Painter to join a well-established engineering firm based in the Kilmarnock area. This role operates on a rotating shift schedule—two weeks on day shift followed by two weeks on night shift.

Responsibilities:
- Apply 2K paint systems with precision, ensuring thorough surface preparation and a flawless finish
- Prepare surfaces using body fillers, orbital sanders, and related tools to achieve a smooth, high-quality result
- Accurately follow work instructions and complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner
- Effectively manage tasks and workflow to meet project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Collaborate closely with team members to support shared objectives and deliver excellent project outcomes
Requirements:
- Time-served and qualified Spray Painter with practical experience
- Proven background in automotive or commercial vehicle spray painting
