Fabric Supervisor, Liverpool, £38,000, Monday - Friday

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fabric Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious retail site in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering both proactive and reactive building maintenance and repair services across multiple client contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building fabric across a variety of tasks
• Carry out regular inspections to identify issues and ensure corrective actions meet health and safety standards
• Respond swiftly to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring timely fixes with minimal impact on client operations
• Repair and maintain internal and external structures, including doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, and other building elements
• Coordinate with other technical teams to keep building systems running smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections completed
• Follow all health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in general building services and fabric maintenance
• Solid knowledge of building fabric systems, including minor repairs and routine upkeep
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to building maintenance
• Proficient in using basic tools and equipment for maintenance tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance roles is advantageous
